Retexturing Fallout 3 NIF's

I'm trying to change the textures on a Fallout 3 NIF file, a process I've done countless times in other games using NifScope. However, Fallout 3 files seem to have a different structure, as I simply cannot find any texture properties in any of them. (No pink flowers anywhere.) Can someone point me in the right direction please? I'm sure I'm missing something very obvious. --Enyvl 21:09, 13 March 2009 (UTC)

The textures are stored in NiTriStrips->BSShaderPPLightingProperty->BSShaderTextureSet. Enable the detail view to see the list of textures and pink flowers. Amorilia 09:06, 26 March 2009 (UTC)
I am tryng to do the same thing. I think i found the path you're referring to, but still can't see any pink flowers. What's the detail view - just the list of nodes etc. along the side? because that's already enabled - still can't see anything though.--Jeffers 17:10, 18 April 2009 (UTC)
never mind, I found it - for future reference for anyone - press F3 on the block once you see it in the tree to bring up the "detail view" - I was just a bit silly there. Can't believe that this talk page is the ONLY place i found any useful help after looking all over the 'net. I may make a tutorial on the GIMP wiki about this. I'm having similar trouble; I can't find the path to the texture anywhere, not in details nor the list. I'm also trying to retexture a F3 .nif. Pararaptor 09:21, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
