Zoo Tycoon 2 animation support

Hello to the developers and a huge thanks from the whole Zoo tycoon 2 modding community! =D

Well, to start right off, there has been a .kf support for ZT2 for some versions. However, the game actually doesn't use the .kf files, they are only leftovers, the actual animation format is .bf. So what I am asking is, judging by this sample File http://www.mediafire.com/?5owfb141x11ddeq , how much work would it be to have an option to export that type of file?

I'd be really happy to get a reply :)

It doesn't look familiar to anything I've seen before - so probably quite a lot of work (decoding from scratch, then writing the import/export tools).
